I've read the 'Art of Happiness' over and over, and agree that, despite it being a insightful, enlightening and reassuringly secular guide, it's quite hard to take it all in at once. I had considered writing out the summaries at the end of each section, but I think this is a really good summary. I'd definitely recommend the book to anyone, and also that they use a guide, such as this one, to help them understand and consolidate the key concepts.</description>
