Something you didn't mention that's of equal importance is protein consumption. Each day you should have 1/2 your body weight in grams of protein. (ex: weight 150 lb, 75 g. protein needed). Spreading your protein out throughout the day will keep you more alert... try getting 20 g. in at breakfast and you'll feel more alive more quickly!!</description>
